Refund policy

At Necia Christine, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at neciachristine63@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
